    South Arts is a nonprofit regional arts organization empowering artists, organizations, and communities, and increasing access to arts and culture. 
  • NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources
    The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources awards grants to individuals and organizations to foster historical, cultural, recreational, and environmental pursuits.
  • Local Arts Councils
    Check with your local arts council for regional artist opportunities and grants. 

  • ARTS North Carolina
    Publicizes job and internship opportunities through its membership listserv. Arts North Carolina will not post job listings that do not provide a salary range or that request candidates provide a salary history. Members may submit unlimited listings at no charge. Non-members pay $100 per listing.
  • Jobs in North Carolina Government
    Jobs openings are listed for all agencies within the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, including the N.C. Arts Council.

  • Americans for the Arts
    A service for both job seekers and arts employers. Job seekers can post their resumes and use the searchable database of nonprofit and for-profit arts management positions at organizations across the United States. For a moderate fee, employers can post a job opening and use the searchable database of online resumes to find qualified professional candidates.
  • New York Foundation for the Arts
    Job seekers can access listings for free and arts organizations are charged a moderate fee to post a job opening or artist opportunity.

ArtsMarket is an annual three-day conference co-produced by the North Carolina Presenters Consortium and the North Carolina Arts Council, drawing hundreds of performing arts presenters, agents, performing artists, vendors, and service providers to downtown Durham, North Carolina. ArtsMarket’s single-track format provides numerous opportunities for connection and excellent value to attendees from the Southeastern U.S. and beyond.

Public Art Town of Spring Lake - NC

Wall mural - tie the history of the Town of Spring Lake to our relationship with Fort Liberty, Pope Army Airfield & Special Operations Command with emphasis to Green Beret soldiers. The mural should have a patriotic theme that recognizes our support of America and the Special Operations soldier. Suggestions for inclusion: the De Oppressor Liber shield, the Green Beret with or without appropriate flashes; statue of Gen. Yarborough meeting with Pres. Kennedy. Visual Art Craven Arts Council & Gallery

The Bank of the Arts National Juried Exhibition is Craven Arts Council & Gallery's signature exhibit, featuring artists and artwork from across the country, in a variety of mediums, styles, and movements.
The exhibition offers $5,000 in awards, including a $1,500 CAC&G Permanent Collection Purchase Award. The 2024 Juror will be Jeff Bell, Executive Director of the North Carolina Arts Council.
