Michelle Pearson
Michelle is a choreographer, teaching artist, and Artistic Director of Black Box Dance Theatre, creating work at the intersection of art, community, education, and civic engagement. An A+ Schools Fellow since 2014, she loves working alongside educators to use movement to deepen learning and connection.

Paige Everett 
Paige brings extensive experience in public education, higher education, and teacher preparation, with a passion for enriching student learning through arts experiences. As a Teaching Assistant Professor in East Carolina University’s College of Education and a long-time A+ Fellow, she specializes in curriculum design, integrated curriculum, and instructional methods. Her goal is for teachers to explore practical and engaging ways to integrate visual art into everyday classroom lessons, fostering creativity, collaboration, and meaningful learning across the curriculum.

Ginger Huebner
Ginger is a visual artist, art educator, and creative facilitator dedicated to cultivating authentic connection and empowering creativity within educational communities. Through engaging and transformative professional development experiences, she inspires educators and school leaders to discover new approaches to curriculum design, professional learning, and classroom environments, empowering them to create more meaningful, connected, and innovative learning experiences for their students.

Sarah Council
Sarah is an accomplished choreographer, master teaching artist and the artistic director of Sarah Council Dance Projects (SCDP), with over 20 years of experience in dance research, education, creation, and performance. She believes that movement is empowering and transformative for students, educators and communities and has designed and implemented numerous movement-integrated professional development workshops and residencies throughout North Carolina and beyond, including work as a Wolf Trap master teaching artist and A+ Fellow.
