Bring a Teaching Artist to Your School

Bring engaging arts learning experiences to your students through the Teaching Artists for Schools program. North Carolina schools and districts can request experiences from a curated roster of NC teaching artists. In its inaugural year, the North Carolina Arts Council is pleased to offer teaching artist engagements at no cost to participating schools.

Professional Development for Educators

COMING SOON! Professional learning workshops designed to inspire and support K–12 educators. Explore the power of the arts in teaching and learning through two formats: “Big Picture” workshops that introduce arts exposure, arts education, and arts integration across dance, music, theater, and visual art, and “Zoom In” workshops that offer practical, classroom‑ready strategies you can apply directly in your instruction.
