The Design Review Commission is now accepting proposals for the 2026 Design Impact Grant (DIG)!
The DIG helps support creative, community-led ideas that make Raleigh’s public spaces more welcoming and exciting. In the past, it has funded public art, neighborhood activities, design research, and improvements to buildings and outdoor areas. Now we’re looking for the next group of inspiring projects that can make our city even better.
Grants typically range from $1,000–$10,000, and we encourage residents, nonprofits, businesses, and community groups to apply. If your idea can improve a place, empower your community, or spark future investment, we want to hear from you.
