Hello  Arts Council Board,

Our Spring 2026 meeting will be held in Spruce Pine, April 14-15 and we look forward to seeing you there. To RSVP, please complete and submit this form by Wednesday February 18.

Hotel Accommodation

We expect board members to travel to Spruce Pine the morning of Tuesday April 14 and overnight at our selected hotel, checking out the morning of Wednesday April 15.

If traveling more than 3 hours, you have the option to request a room the night of Monday April 13.
