Program Director: The VAE is seeking applications for a full-time Program Director. VAE’s Program Director is one of four full-time team members and the person who is in the most consistent contact with VAE’s artists, steering committee members, and program participants. They collaborate heavily with the Exhibitions Director, driving the creative direction of the organization. They direct all creative programming from one-off events, like artist talks, to annual programs, like VAE’s Summit.

Grants Manager: The Blue Ridge National Heritage Area (BRNHA) is seeking applications for a Grants Manager. This position will oversee the implementation of the organization’s grants program, manage data collection and annual reporting, and assist staff in evaluating program delivery. This is a part-time position working an average of 20 hours a week, based in Asheville, North Carolina. Gallery Manager: The Center for Craft is seeking a full-time Gallery Manager to manage the planning, installation, curatorial support, and evaluation of exhibitions in the Center’s gallery, such as loan agreements, label writing, checklist management, object packing and logistics, exhibition installation, exhibition tour support, gallery surveys, and exhibition reports. Additionally, this position manages the creative planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Center’s exhibition and gallery programming and audience development.

Executive Director: The NC Glass Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead the overall day to day operations of the NCGC. The Executive Director’s duties include managing the NCGC’s programs, facility, fundraising, financials and staff through her/his/their direct reports; taking a lead role in development efforts, providing the primary liaison between staff and the board (and its committees) and providing reports to the Board on the management of the organization.

Creative Director: McColl Center for Art + Innovation is seeking a talented, experienced, and visionary Creative Director to lead its residency program and implement a new strategic direction building upon the organization’s 21-year history. The Creative Director will enjoy working collaboratively with artists, colleagues, and community partners and find inspiration in an environment filled with dynamic changes. Reporting to the President + CEO, the Creative Director is responsible for shaping the artistic and programmatic vision for McColl Center by identifying strategies to deliver its mission while creating inspiring opportunities for artists to develop and advance their practices.

Director of Woodworking: The Sawtooth School for Visual Arts is seeking a Director of Woodworking who will develop and manage a diversified, innovative and high-quality arts educational program in wood. This program includes classes for adults, middle and high school students along with workshops and Taste of Art classes. The Director of Woodworking is a part-time regular employee who works no more than 30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible in consultation with the Executive Director.
