Education Assistant: The ArtsCenter is looking for a an Education Assistant who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for program implementation, and a passion for youth and arts to educate and inspire youth and adult program participants. This position will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of The ArtsCenter’s youth education and ArtSchool curriculum. This includes planning and evaluation of programs, marketing and personnel management. Program Manager: Kidznotes is seeking a Program Manager with an abundance mindset to manage their Kidznotes music programs in Durham Public Schools and Wake County Public School System partner schools and nucleos. This is a full-time exempt position based in Durham, NC. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, Kidznotes is operating remotely with staff working from home, with all music programming conducted virtually. As school and public health conditions improve, this position would be working between the Durham and Raleigh nucleos, reporting weekly to the Durham main offices within the next 12 months.

Music and Dance Coordinator: The John C. Campbell Folk School is now hiring a Music and Dance Coordinator. The Music & Dance Coordinator is responsible for managing thriving music and dance programs that are an integral part of campus life and bring people together in a multitude of long-term and transformative ways. Sinfonia Orchestra Conductor: The Philharmonic Association is looking for someone to lead the Triangle Youth String Sinfonia, which is open to string musicians in grades 7 to 12 who are able to perform the "Sinfornia Skill Sheet" for their instrument at a proficient level. This position will be responsible for preparing for and running weekly rehearsals, for selecting repertoire with consultation and approval by the Artistic Director, and for providing weekly communications to musicians regarding rehearsals and expectations. This position will work closely with parent volunteers and the Executive Director to assure smooth operations of the orchestra. This position supports the artistic vision and direction of the Philharmonic Association as defined by the Artistic Director, Artistic Staff, and/or the Board of Directors.
