Arts in Communities Director: This position is responsible for managing the agency's relationship with the statewide network of local arts councils and community partners through the Grassroots Arts Program. The employee oversees a grant budget of more than $2.9 million and assures that per capita funding is distributed in all 100 counties of the state. Performs annual reauthorization review of Grassroots partners with a grant panel and prepares recommendations and assessments. Work includes advising constituents on development of grant applications, reviewing and evaluating grant requests and final reports, working with site evaluators and consultants, preparing analysis and presenting grant applications to a formal grant panel annually. Employee provides direct technical assistance to local arts council staff and board leadership to strengthen operations, ensure relevancy and sustainability in their communities, and maintain compliance with state grant requirements and standards. Develops training materials, online resources and professional development opportunities including webinars and a biennial local arts council conference.

ArtSwell Program Manager: Triangle Art Works is seeking a Program Manager for its new iniatitive, ArtSwell. The Program manager will work with the Executive Director, as well as the eight program partners. The person in this position will be responsible for research, planning and development of this new regional program, and will also support Triangle ArtWorks' current professional development offerings by Triangle Emerging Arts Leaders (TEAL) and Law + ArtWorks.

STARworks: STARworks Glass is looking for a full-time glass studio and education assistant.
