Music Director - North Carolina Arts Council: The Music Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the Arts Council’s music grant programs. These include organizational grants for project and operating support and fellowships for artists in music.The director has responsibility for assistance to applicants, selection of panelists, assessment of grant applications, organization and facilitation of panel meetings, oversight of funded programs and projects, and review and approval of final reports.

It publicizes professional opportunities and career information in all areas of the arts, including: visual arts, arts nonprofits, performing arts, commercial art and design firms, film, public arts agencies, academic arts positions, galleries, internships, fellowships, conferences, and commissions.
