Help with RealAudio and RealVideo content
To view the audio and video content on our site, you will need to download and install RealPlayer on your computer. Click on the icon below to go to the download site for RealPlayer.

Fill out the form on the download page and click the 'Download Free RealPlayer' button.

Your computer will have to be at least a 90 MHz Pentium-class processor with 16 megabytes of RAM and 30 megabytes free on your hard disk running Windows95, or a 200 MHz Power Macintosh with 32 megabytes of RAM running system 8.1. To hear audio content, you will need to have a sound card and speakers. Your connection to the Internet should be at least a 14.4Kbps modem (for audio only) or 28.8Kpbs modem (for video).

The RealPlayer installer should update your web browser and its preferences so that you can use RealPlayer to view audio and video content. However, if your web browser was not automatically updated, or if you have installed a new browser since you downloaded RealPlayer, RealPlayer 8 Basic FAQ page will explain how you can configure your browser to use RealPlayer.

If you have problems after installing RealPlayer, you may want to consult the help files that come with it, or else look online at the RealNetworks Web site for help.

Once RealPlayer is installed, and your web browser is configured properly, audio and video content should appear in the browser window when you load a page containing these files on our site. Use the "Play/Pause" button to start and stop playback.
