Peter J. Mills Composer "My proposed project is to record a compact disk that features original compositions. I have been fortunate to have had my music broadcast on radio locally and a professionally recorded CD of my own compositions will enable me to send my music to other radio stations in a format ready to air. A CD will also assist in securing performance opportunities throughout the state and region. As it can be very costly to fund a recording such as this, assistance by the North Carolina Arts Council would enable this project to be realized." Peter J. Mills has a Master of Music from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and a Bachelor of Applied Music from Eastman School of Music.
