David Merritt II Film/Video Artist "The Artist Fellowship has greatly contributed to the fulfillment of my dreams of producing feature films on a grand independent scale. It enabled me to concentrate on writing the original screenplay "The Time Bomb" which is now nearing completion of the development phase. The film will be produced by Thom Mount and George Jackson and I will serve as writer and director of the project. The fellowship ensured that my creative vision became a reality." David Merritt II has a M.A. from the Unvirsity of North Caroina and a B.A. from East Carolina University.
