The Arts Council is a division of the Department of Cultural Resources. Through our programs, we give grants, organizational assistance, and guidance to the groups and individuals that make up North Carolina’s vibrant arts community. The 25-person staff is headed by executive director Mary B. Regan, and led by a 24-person citizen board.
