Biography
Sires has received a North Carolina Arts Council Visual Arts Fellowship, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in Crafts and an Arts and Science Council Emerging Artist grant. He has had numerous works commissioned for both private and public exhibition. He studied at the Cranbrook Academy of Art where he received his Master of Fine Arts degree as well as receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kent State University.

Project Description

Sires selected a granite that would complement the materials of the building and created a large bench to supplement seating in the museum's outdoor eating area.
