Project Description
A pink granite, wall-mounted, low relief carving is located in the lobby of Parkview Cottage. Residents of the center provided Sires with drawings to guide his own personal exploration into the process of creating the artwork. The final work consists of leaf forms, spirals and a wave pattern oriented around a central burst of intersecting lines. The artist feels these elements express the positive creative energy inherent in the process of growth and development.
