Project Description

The artist worked with residents of the three facilities to create murals for public areas of each home. During the time he spent with the students he taught them the history of mural painting and worked with them to develop a theme and imagery for the murals. Themes such as oceans or a mountainous terrain symbolize the students' energy and a calm, hopeful outlook.
